How It Works

From your kitchen table to the North Pole and back

No accounts, no apps, nothing to install. Three steps and a little Christmas magic.

1

Tell Santa about your child

Share their name, age, hometown, a proud moment from this year, something they're working on, and their Christmas wish. It takes about two minutes.

2

Santa writes, the Elves check it twice

Your letter and certificate are prepared at the North Pole with every detail woven in, then signed by Santa himself and stamped with the official seal.

3

It arrives in the grown-ups' email

Your keepsakes are delivered to the parent's email address, ready to print at home — so you choose the perfect moment to share them. A download copy is kept as well, in case the email lands in a spam folder.

A Letter From
Santa Claus

Official Correspondence

From Santa's Workshop, the North Pole Christmas Season, 2026
Dear Emma,

Ho, ho, ho! It is your friend Santa Claus, writing to you from my workshop at the North Pole, where the cocoa is hot, the Elves are humming, and your name — Emma, age 7 — is written in big, happy letters right near the top of my Nice List. I have checked it twice, just as I always do. All the way in Springfield, the Elves have been talking about you!

My Elves keep a book of proud moments, and yours made my whole beard smile. They wrote it down just like this: "helped her little brother learn to tie his shoes." Well now, that is exactly the kind of thing the Nice List is made of. Keep it up, Emma. And I hear you are working hard at being patient when things are hard, too. Good for you! One small step at a time is exactly how big things get done — even my toy workshop runs that way.

Now, about your Christmas wish — a red bicycle. Ho, ho! I cannot promise any one special gift, because Christmas Eve holds surprises even for me, but I want you to know I am checking my list very carefully and I will do my very, very best for you.

And please give her dog Biscuit a warm hello and a good scratch behind the ears from me — if anyone hears reindeer hooves on Christmas Eve, it will be them!

Keep being kind, keep being curious, and keep that Christmas spirit shining all season long. I will be listening for you on Christmas Eve.

With love, cookies, and jingle bells,

Santa Claus

P.S. If you leave out a cookie on Christmas Eve, I shall be very grateful — and a carrot or two would make a certain reindeer team very happy indeed.

Good Questions

Before you write to the North Pole

The things parents ask us most.

How do the letter and certificate arrive?

They're delivered to the parent's email address as printable files, so you decide the perfect moment — tucked into the mailbox, slipped under a pillow, or waiting by the cookies on Christmas morning. Keep the download copy too, in case the email wanders into a spam folder.

Does Santa promise my child a specific gift?

Never. Santa's letters mention your child's wish with love, but they always leave Christmas Eve its surprises — Santa says he's checking his list carefully and will do his very best. That's a promise we keep on every single letter.

Can I order for more than one child?

Of course — every letter and certificate is made one child at a time, from that child's own details. Brothers and sisters each get their own proud moment, their own wish, and their own place on the Nice List.

What should I put in "proud moment"?

Anything real from your child's year: learning to ride a bike, sharing with a friend, being brave at the dentist, helping a neighbor. The truer it is, the wider Santa's beard smiles — and the more your child will believe, because it's their own story in Santa's hand.

How do I get $2.99 off my order?

Share this shop on your own Facebook page. Tap the blue "Share on Facebook" button in the order form, post it to your page, and the code SHARE299 takes $2.99 off — a single keepsake drops to $7.00, and both together drop to $12.00.

What's the difference between this shop and SantaTexting.com?

This shop is keepsakes only — the letter and the certificate, $9.99 each or both for $14.99, nothing else to figure out. SantaTexting.com is where children chat with Santa by text; there, the letter and certificate are offered as $4.99 add-ons. Same Santa, same workshop — two doors into it.
